The following are the current Tenable license and services agreements. One or more will apply depending upon the products or services you are purchasing from Tenable.

- This document applies if you purchase hardware from Tenable.
- Tenable Data Processing Addendum
- This document applies if Tenable is processing personal data/personal information (as defined by applicable privacy regulation(s), e.g., the GDPR and CCPA) on your behalf.

- This applies to all products since all Tenable products include some third party software, some of which include license provisions that must be passed on to the end user
